Q What are your check in and check out times?
A Check in is at 3PM, and check out at 11AM.

Q Do you allow late check outs?
A Yes, 11:00 am - 12:30 pm based on availability.

Q What method of payments do you accept?
A We accept VS,MC,AX,DS & DC. A valid credit card is required at the time of registrations for all reservations. Cash is accepted only at the time of departure.

Q Are pets allowed in the hotel guest rooms?
A YES, the Hampton Inn Rochester North is a pet friendly hotel and welcomes your little buddy as a member of your family at no additional cost.

Q How many people can I have in my room?

It depends on the room, between 4 and 5 people total. Please call for details.

A The charge for additional guests is $10 per person.

Your stay can be cancelled until 6 pm on the day of arrival on a standard reservation. (This does not apply to group block reservations.)
